We want to invite all of our residents and friends to join us July 8th through July 11th for the Grand Opening Celebration of our brand new apartment homes. Join us for games, food and lots of fun in the parking area of the new apartment homes.

On July 7, 2010 we will be having our first movie night just for kids! The movie for this month is Disney’s Monsters, Inc. Movie starts at 4 p.m. at the clubhouse. Popcorn and punch will be served.

On July 14, 2010 we will have our Adult Game night at the clubhouse.
The game for the night is BINGO. The grand prize is $50 off of your August rent. Come on down and play to win!

The pool is open Tuesday-Sunday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and closed on Mondays for cleaning. You are allowed up to 2 guests per day and you must be with your guest while at the pool. No alcohol is allowed, NO EXCEPTIONS! Please be sure to dispose of cigarettes in the receptacles around the pool area. Also, make sure to clean the grill after using it. Let’s keep our pool clean and safe for
all of our residents.

We would like to introduce our new Service Supervisor, James Hastings, to the community. James has been in the service industry for over 25 years and is
bringing his vast knowledge and skills to River Forest. We would also like to introduce our intern Jessica Simpson who will be working with us this summer
from Virginia Tech. Jessica is currently seeking a degree in Property Management. She will be working closely with the staff in helping make River Forest a great place to call home.

Rent is due on the first of every month. It is considered late as of the
4th. Pay your rent early to avoid any late fees from being charged to
your rental account. For your convenience, payments can be dropped
in the drop box, just make sure to include your address on the check or
envelope.
